Stay at The Fiddler's Roost and experience small town life on historic Front Street overlooking the North Fork of the Blackwater River. Visit the quaint shops, hear live traditional music, and discover the growing arts community in Thomas, WV. Hike, bike or ski the rail trail from the Allegheny Highland trailhead directly across the road. There you can still see historic coke ovens, historic stone culverts, and spectacular waterfalls. |

Lark In the Morning This room has one double bed and allows pets (as reserved). Shady Grove This room has one double bed and allows pets (as reserved). Morning Dew This room overlooks the valley and has one queen bed and one single bed. No pets allowed. Blackberry Blossom This room has one queen bed. No pets allowed. June Apple This room has one double bed. No pets allowed. Soldier's Joy This main floor room has two double beds. No pets allowed. Fire on the Mountain This main floor room has five twins and wooden floors. |

The Fiddler's Roost Guest House is located in a turn-of-the-century coal company duplex that has been tastefully renovated for your comfort. The building, which is right next door to the Purple Fiddle and facing the beautiful riverfront in downtown Thomas, features eight private rooms, each with its own unique personality. There are also five bathrooms (no private baths), a living and dining space, as well as a community kitchenette. There is a phone for your convenience, and every room is provided with a VCR and television on which you can watch any number of a wide selection of movies provided in our living room library. |
