Jeff Smith is a musical raconteur, whose lyrics paint common experiences and memories with a sensitive or playful brush and a deep groove.
Singing in a honey-drenched Appalachian drawl, multi-instrumentalist Smith lays down a funky kind of countrybluesfolk poprock stomp. These are songs that can touch your heart or move your feet. Songs that embrace life and the moods and changes that come with it.
Smith’s songs have been featured in television shows, such as “Young Sheldon”, “The Young and Restless”, “Army Wives”, and in an ad campaign for Opel automobiles.
Jeff plays solo and leads the folk rock Americana duo/band Sunny@Midnight.
