darlin darlin, formerly known as Wayward Daughter is the heart-break love child of Jo LG Parnell. What began as a solo project in the dingy DIY spaces of Bushwick back in 2010, Jo worked to overcome crippling stage fright. Armed with a nylon stringed guitar and a startling voice Jo took to the stage.

A twist of fate brought multi-instrumentalist and composer, Brett Parnell into Jo’s life. Together the two carved out a sound all their own. The pair married in 2015 and have since expanded their band, joining forces with life-long friends and collaborators Evan Mitchell on drums, Elias Blumm on lead guitar, and Ben Mattison on Bass. The music focuses on simplistic, melody-driven ballads, heavy on harmony and inspired by the Golden Era of country music.

Stephen Karl and Handsome Animals is the songwriting project of guitarist and composer Stephen Griesgraber. Composer of “And intriguing mix of drone and improv.
