Tanner Bingaman, affectionately known as Tanjo (Tanner + banjo = Tanjo) plays original folkmush & mountain tunes via banjo, guitar, & harmonica. Tanner’s ‘mush is an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink gumbo, with explorations ranging from poignant folk-punk melodies to rapturous & uncanny instrumental meditations, often times finding himself perplexed by the task of coming down from yet another improvisational meandering. Tanner prefers barefoot walking & once saved the family dog from a rattlesnake.
