Leila Marie song-maker and birdwatcher at heart, they love listening to Nick Drake and spending time alone in the woods. Every morning starts with a cup of ginger tea, and many afternoons are spent playing in the creek with their dogs. Born and raised in Cleveland, they still proudly call it home. Their birding life-list currently sits at 140 species — and counting.
Creating is a constant part of life, whether it’s producing a new song, making art, designing merch, or experimenting with new sourdough recipes to share with friends and family. There’s almost always something in progress.
Their latest creation is the album, Rotations Of A Songbird, written and recorded over the past few years. The record is filled with songs about peace, home, the earth, and the quiet joys of everyday life. It’s a deeply personal collection, now available everywhere music is streamed.
