On this day in 2002 the Purple Fiddle opened it’s doors to the public. Twenty years later we are welcoming all patrons, friends and neighbors to stop by for some free music (provided by the same band to play that first night, J.B. Tenney and Friends, aka Red Hawk) plus free food (potluck), and almost-free beer (Mountain State kegs). All other items will be 20-percent off. We encourage everyone to bring a free item of food to share, but with or without it, we would love to see you and share our appreciation for the overwhelming community support that has come our way for two decades! We could not have done it without you! Please stop by and let us shower you with appreciation.
